The lack of ongoing medical care exacts a personal toll on the person affected, his/her whole family and the community.  By improving the quality of life for those persons with few or no medical options, we can hlep them continues as or become more producative members of the community and within their families.  We are the only option to over 30,000 uninsured people in Madison County for for acute and ongoing chronic care, including education, medication and disease management for debilitating conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma.
