Rocky arrived at the Humane Society of Pinellas battered and broken.  Still a young one, this small tan pup looked out that the world with big eyes wondering if people could be trusted. It hadn't been his experience so far and Rocky was leery.

It was understandable. He was a curious puppy still learning house manners and boundaries, but as all puppies do, Rocky made a few mistakes. This inquisitive little pup didn't know that wandering away from his owner was dangerous.  And, he certainly didn't mean to end up with a broken leg. But, his family wasn't able to afford the treatment to fix him and so Rocky found his way to us.
