Idaho Trails Association

A nonprofit organization

$2,290 raised by 48 donors

ITA was started in 2010 and is the only organization in Idaho with a mission to ensure your continued enjoyment of Idaho's spectacular hiking trails, through trails stewardship, education, volunteerism, and advocacy. ITA is an all-volunteer organization and in 2015 volunteers completed 15 projects. Two hundred and thirty eight volunteers cleared 60 miles of trail and contributed 2,562 volunteer hours on trails, like the Alice Toxaway Loop in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, Hum Lake outside of McCall, and English Point in Northern Idaho.

We couldn't do this without our fabulous partners, The Forest Service, BLM, REI, The Sawtooth Society, The Wilderness Society, Idaho Conservation League, and many others. Our community of volunteers include individuals and families. We all have a lot of fun while and get a lot of good work done!

We're raising funds to help purchase trail maintenance tools, provide food for our volunteer crews, and support the general mission of ITA to promote the continued enjoyment of Idaho's hiking trails.

Please Give to ITA and help ensure that tomorrow’s trail experience is even better than today’s.
