Humanity in Practice (a program of the ILI)

Humanity in Practice works with organizations, schools, and communities to build the conditions that transform how people work and learn together — so more people can thrive as who they are, and systems can achieve their mission.

Our approach is grounded in research and social change wisdom, and designed for human nature as it actually is — across difference, under pressure, with the full complexity of real people in real systems.

Humanity in Practice is a program of the Institute for Liberatory Innovation (ILI), a federally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, incorporated in Vermont.
