IMAGE de Northern Utah, formerly IMAGE de Utah, is an affiliate of National Image, Inc.  IMAGE de Northern Utah is committed to helping Hispanics / Latinos to reach their full potential through education, civic engagement and employment.  We CARE about our communities and believe we must all be contributers to a healthy society.  

IMAGE engages in scholarship fundraising events to provide intervention scholarships for students enrolled in college. we advocate for Hispanics / Latinos in education and employment. IMAGE de Northern responded to the call to for states to establish chapters in an effort to address the needs of Hispanic veterans seeking equal opportunities for employment within the federal government.  National Image was originally founded in 1972 to address the needs of Hispanics seeking federal and local government employment and to advocate for Hispanic employees in the federal government. Later, however, the membership saw a need to expand their activities to serve the needs of Hispanics outside the federal government. National Image – expanded its activities to increase its impact on employment education and civil rights. Through the Office of the Chairman, National Image constantly works with officials at the highest national levels in both the public and private sectors. We strive to help employers, educatiors and others become aware not only the needs of the Hispanic community, but also of the pool of talent available to help the United States compete successfully in a global economy. National Image has proven its ability to grow and change with the needs of the community. It will continue to be a forward looking proactive organization to help Hispanics meet the challenges of the future. Only if Hispanics are well-informed and well-prepared will we be able to develop our potentials to enrich ourselves and our communities and help the United States as a whole.

IMAGE de Northern Utah has a long history of collaborating with many businesses and organizations throughout Utah.  We organizated and held several successful CINCO de MAYO festivals in Ogden and many other events, generating scholarship funds needed to promote education for struggling Hispanics / Latinos.  

IMAGE supports the concept of Community Service / Civic Engagement; we collaborate with other organizations and the community at large to make Utah the great state that it is!
