1) Place-Based Marketing and Branding -position the Pittsburgh Region with prospective diverse employment candidates as the place toFind a Job, Build a Career, Live and Thrive. Traditional marketing, branding, and public relations activities, as well as participation in web-based and online vehicles targeting diverse talent will be utilized. Action Includes:Coordinate an innovative website and national marketing effort that partners with recognized experts to showcase thePittsburghregion while attracting diverse candidates throughout theUnited States to local employers. Provide local employers a forum to showcase commitment to diversity while advertising career opportunities.
