IMPACT's Founder, Sandy Aguilar, is no stranger to adversity. She has personally known the pain and the challenges of what happens when life does not turn out like you planned. An unexpected divorce catapulted Sandy into an unfamiliar place of loss, grief and unemployment. Facing life alone with two small children to raise was a very daunting task. It was in that journey, however, that Sandy discovered how unexpected life transitions can become catalyst opportunities for re-invention and change.

After attending technical training, Sandy opened her own business. From there,  she went back to graduate school and got her Master's Degree. Then she became a college educator and administrator. Over the years, she has motivated hundreds of adults to move forward in their personal and professional lives. She has also helped many find employment.

Wanting to take a holistic approach to inspire others to a positive, forward momentum, Sandy founded IMPACT Leadership Resources  in 2003. Now Sandy, together with the IMPACT team, motivates others to move forward in their lives too.

The way we help people find their God-given destiny and purpose is by providing a safe place to ask the deeper questions and to seek real answers, providing motivation, support and resources to assess and direct individuals toward their goals.
