Inbody Outreach will provide, educate, and administratively support free yoga and body awareness instructors for individuals or groups who are in structured therapy programs, low income populations, people who are in need to greater health awareness and established yoga and wellness programs.

Empowering individuals to live on purpose, love who they are, and know that they make an impact on the world by providing yoga as an everyday tool to promote focus, clarity, and a healthy lifestyle.

We currently place over 75 volunteers in 72 organizations in Salt Lake City and along the Wasatch Front. All of the organizations we serve fall into the categories of domestic violence survivors, the aging, the incarcerated, at risk youth, those in school and after school programs, those participating in recovery and detox programs, those in medical or mental illness facilities, those living with HIV and AIDs, refugees, and families.

Inbody Outreach offers free yoga classes at these different centers across the SL Valley.
