The Incredible Edible Community Gardens has received a generous gift from Southern California Edison: 8,500 trees.
Together, with IECG's existing stock of 1,500 trees lovingly cared for in our nursery, IECG has decided to plant with a purpose, to honor veterans, both living and deceased, with trees planted in their name.
This project is called The Guardian Project.
Our veterans guarded our safety and freedom. The trees will guard our air and the beauty of our neighborhoods.
We are asking families to honor the veterans in their lives by sponsoring a tree in their name today. Tree sponsorship levels start as low as $25.
