Through the development of music and arts, we will strive to be a positive influence on youth and families in underprivileged communities throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas. Rendering intervention services, Educational support, Financial management workshops, emergency housing referrals resources, Health wellness and Life skills management. 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Inspire SD the Mission is proposing to provide a Center for adolescents (ages 11-17) to appropriate services provide services for the Inner City and San Diego County region. The program is designed to provide culturally based

• Outreach
• Music Component
• Education, support, youth development, and job Readiness
• Any Other culturally relevant services needed by this population
• Follow up will be important piece of our program efforts

Goal/Mission: Through the development of music and art skills we will eliminate the negative

 influences and reduce and eliminate alcohol and other drug use and abuse.

Outcome Objectives:

1. Is to identify and enroll 25 youth per quarter to participate and complete the program. 100 youth per year with a total of 300 youth over the three year period.

2. Participation in the program will have a significant impact on the youth as well as the

family and the community as a whole.

3. The positive impact will be multiplied over and over as a result of assisting and preparing

these youth to take what they have learned and share it with others. Encouraging other

youth to become involved in the program.

Grand Opening scheduled for 2023-2024

A. Secure building

B. Secure insurance, permits to run project

C. Purchase all necessary capital equipment

D. All employees have verbally committed as of 06/01/2022

E. Outreach to the community, awareness of programs with flyers etc.

F. To have completed an overall work schedule, class time, and hours of operation schedule.

G. Long term intended goals for the individual, their families and the community include.

The program will target youth in the communities identified below; youth residing outside the area will not be denied access. There are a number of identified African American groups/and Latino groups/ within the zip codes mentioned above, we have expanded our services to District 3 Northern, San Diego and all San Diego County surrounding areas. These groups and areas have been divided into “Territories” or Districts 1-5
