For 33 years, CEDO Intercultural has worked side by side with fishermen, fishing communities, local youth, government agencies and conservation organizations to ensure healthy ecosystems in the Upper Gulf as well as to develop and enhance a viable and sustainable local economy.  Through summer youth camps. environmental contests, educational workshops and data collection, CEDO has enriched local communities with knowledge they can use to create and implement sustainable natural resources management plans.

Support from our friends and donors makes all this possible.  Visit our website to learn more about the specific species and habitats of utmost importance in these goals.  Help us save the critically endangered vaquita porpoise, found only in this body of water, through long term, inclusive management practices.

Visit CEDO soon.  Find out first hand how beautiful and abundant the Upper Gulf is, and find out what you can do to help CEDO keep it that way.
