Our Organization Purpose:   Interfaith Sanctuary provides overnight shelter, a warm meal, supportive services, kindness and compassion to men, women & children who are experiencing homelessness.   

A P.A.T.H.S.way to a Happy Haven for Kids...one brick at a time.

Our Idaho Gives wish this year is for our kids...TO JUST BE KIDS (while living at our shelter). There is a very special organization called P.A.T.H.S. which is made up of a group of teenagers at Bishop Kelly High School. They do volunteer work each week with our kids at the shelter and decided they wanted to help make a "Kids Play Area" happen. This group of amazing kids raised $10,000 to go towards the creation of a Family Kid Area at Interfaith Sanctuary. We also reached out to a couple of our amazing donors, Harry Martz and Nick Guho; they also believe these kids should have a place to call their own and signed on to help construct this area for us. The plans for this play area include a private area complete with a secured door for the kids to safely play in. There will be chalkboard walls, an arts and crafts area, shade trees, hopscotch, tetherball, 4 square and a mini tennis and a pickle ball set-up. Here's where you come in. To help us create this magic space we need you to donate on May 5th during Idaho Gives.  Our goal is to raise $22,000 to turn our parking lot in to a beautiful Safe Haven for our kids!
