Intrepid College Prep was created by a group of committed educators and local leaders focused on closing the achievement gap in Nashville. Intrepid College Prep is located in Southeast Nashville, an area filled with socioeconomic and ethnic diversity. Up until now, diversity has meant disparate outcomes for Nashville youth. Only 52% of Hispanic students complete high school. Only 1-in-10 ethnic minorities completes college within 6 years of high school graduation. Intrepid College Prep's mission is to achieve 100% college completion rates for our alumni. Intrepid College Prep is committed to ensuring our scholars, educators, and families have the opportunity to unlock an unlimited future. By providing rigorous academic instruction and creating powerful relationships amongst our community’s members, we ignite passion, seek knowledge, and inspire the bravery needed to have a profound impact in our world.
