Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was estimated that approximately 47% of Americans experiencing common mental health challenges did not access care, citing cost or lack of coverage as the reason.  Indiana ranks 22nd nationally in access to mental health care with the average cost of private pay psychotherapy being approx. $100/session. In the new reality in which we are all living, we are certain that the need for accessible, qaulity mental health support is even greater. We want to fill this gap: our mission is to provide quality mental health care to individuals of our community, regardless of their ability to pay.
Irvington Counseling is a nonprofit sliding-scale therapy practice located in Indianapolis, IN. We serve individuals and couples who are seeking greater meaning and support. All donations made to the Mental Health Relief Fund will allow for up to ten subsidized sessions for qualifying individuals per calendar year. Please consider making your tax-deductible donation today!
All funds received will directly support members of our community in their pursuit of wellness amidst pain. Thank you for considering us in your offering.
Be well,
