Seaside Arts Center provides a world-class fine arts education while ensuring that cost never prohibits anyone in the San Diego community from developing their artistic voice.

At Seaside Arts Center, your child's creativity THRIVES. With arts education classes, workshops, and performance opportunities in theater, dance, voice, and visual arts, Seaside cultivates artists for LIFE. Each Seaside program emphasizes process over product, in order to boost children's belief in themselves as artists. Time and again, as a result of this unique approach, students have not only produced exceptional work, but because of their personal stake in the product, they are empowered to speak with conviction and confidence about their work.

Our robust scholarship program ensures that these opportunities are afforded to any child who wants them, regardless of means and circumstance. Seaside Arts Center also partners with organizations throughout the San Diego community to reach children who would otherwise have little to no exposure to arts education. Through these partnerships our teachers currently provide the same high caliber arts education to students who are experiencing housing instability and to children whose parents are currently deployed or are in the penal system.
