Liora took an interest-free loan for her shoe store, which helps supports her family of 6. The Israel Free Loan Association (IFLA) makes over 6 million NIS of loans each month to help working yet needy Israelis struggling to make ends meet or to keep their small businesses open.

We are requesting your help to assist the more than 280,000 working households still living below the poverty line. 

We recycle the repaid money into new loans, so your money will improve peoples' lives again and again and again. Over the last 25 years, we have helped over 50,000 families, and this year we have been inundated with 60% more applications than last year. 

Add to that the many small businesses in Southern Israel under rocket attack. We have already been forewarned to expect an influx of new loan applications from these businesses which may be closed for the time being.
