Joseph D. Bay Memorial Scholarship Fund

The mission of Joseph D. Bay Memorial Scholarship Fund is to empower students of Leon County who choose a career in the technology or trade field. To ensure each student achieves their goals which will not only help our community, but society as a whole, to move into the future. Our mission continues so that each student's acdemic success, technical and trade education mastery, will provide a lifetime of learning. "Empowering students through trade and technical mastery"

We created this scholarship program in 2019, and to date, we have awarded $79,000 in scholarships for those students in Leon County who would like to go to a trade or tech school. This scholarship fund honors Joseph Bay while also helping these students pursue a college program while preserving Joseph's memory. We hope to empower students with the means to obtain education from trade or technology schools without a financial burden.
