Every night, hundreds of men and women in Louisville have no safe place to sleep. Many live with disabilities, illness, or trauma that make traditional housing impossible. Shelters often cannot meet their needs, leaving them vulnerable, isolated, and forgotten.

Our Solution

Jacob’s Ladder Outreach meets immediate needs with weekly hot meals, supplies, and compassionate relationships. But meals alone are not enough. That’s why we are building Eden Village of Louisville, a 25–40 home gated community of fully furnished tiny homes designed for our most vulnerable neighbors.

Each resident will have:

• A permanent, safe, and dignified home.

• A caring community of neighbors and volunteers.

• Wraparound support like medical care, counseling, and workforce development.

This is more than housing, its belonging, safety, and hope restored.
