Jake's Help From Heaven was founded by Brian and Heather Straughter following the passing of their 4 year old son Jake Straughter. Jake was a true warrior fighting a rare genetic disorder. He passed away unexpectedly and JHFH was founded as a way to provide support to others who suffer from complex medical challenges. Our Board of Directors meet quarterly and reivew applications for medical travel support, adaptive equipment, assistive technology as well as items of medical necessity or convenience.
