Jannus, Inc. (formerly Mountain States Group, Inc.) is a diverse health and human services organization that quietly changes lives every day. We engage compassionate people to help ease individuals and families through difficult challenges or new transitions, providing them with the skills and resources they need to move forward in their lives.  We assist communities with educational resources and offer strength through collaboration. 

At some point in their lives, everyone needs a little help, and Jannus is there to offer that support to Idaho families. We can't do this without you! Check out some of our many different programs below and please donate to one or several of them. The more you give, the more good we can do!

• The Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline has responded to more than 5,000 crisis calls, preventing self-injury and death and connecting Idahoans in crisis to the resources they need
• META has helped Idahoans start 288 small businesses, creating 496 jobs and granting more than 300 microenterprise loans valued at $1.3 million
• Our Foster Grandparents have donated more than 1 million hours to help Idaho schoolchildren learn and grow with one-on-one support and mentoring
• Friends in Action/Legacy Corps’ highly trained volunteers give family caregivers a break, providing Idaho caregivers over 5,500 hours of time to relax and recharge in 2014
• The Women’s Business Center is offering new 12-week business training courses and professional mentoring to low income women, in both English and Spanish, to empower Idaho women to start their own businesses and find financial security
• Global Gardens has provided 300 refugee families with community garden space and the skills they need to sell their produce successfully
• PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) has helped connect 1,488 homeless people with health and social services
• The Agency for New Americans has helped thousands of refugees become fully integrated into our communities and overcome the many challenges they face
• Last year 326 RSVP senior volunteers worked 53,795 hours to ensure individuals and families in southwestern Idaho have access to food.
• The Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy and Idaho Voices for Children have helped preserve state funding for education and local services
• The Idaho Afterschool Network launched a statewide support system to help Idaho’s children have access to high quality out of school educational opportunities
• Global Talent Idaho equips highly skilled refugees and immigrants with resources to reclaim professional careers in Idaho
• Nutrition Works has distributed $16 million of funds to help childcare providers offer nutritious meals to children
• Idaho Area Health Education Center works to increase the number of individuals considering healthcare careers in rural Idaho.
