Jasper Ridge Farm

Animals don't mind if children or adults are homeless, if they have lost their hair from cancer treatment, or if they interact differently due to disabilities. Imagine a storybook place where these children and adults can experience loving interaction with animals.  Children can groom a miniature horse, climb a tree, explore a garden, cuddle a bunny, go nose to nose with a dwarf goat, or ride a gentle horse.  This is Jasper Ridge Farm, where children and adults can touch and be touched by animals.

Our programs are offered free of charge to children facing life threatening illness, those living with special needs, or those challenged by family issues such as homelessness or domestic violence. We also have a specialized Veterans Horseback Riding program that provides eqine therapy for our adult veterans. 

Our gentle animals, most of which were rescued or adopted, bring peace and comfort to those who need it most.  For children unable to travel to our facility, we will load up the animals and take them for offsite visits.
