Jawonio Foundation Inc

The Jawonio Foundation's mission is to support the programs and services of Jawonio as the premiere provider of lifespan services for people with developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges and chronic medical needs.

Our Building for Tomorrow project will be the embodiment of our mission in building lives toward independence. Our new campus will allow us to be fully immersed and embedded in the lives of our children adults and their families warmly wrapping all care components around them. In providing our uniquely personalized services we will soon be able to offer quality supports in a manner and location that is welcoming and suitable for everyone throughout the communities we serve.

With a project cost of $18 million dollars, governmental support, foundation grants and private philanthropy are critical to the success of our Jawonio Transformation Project. 

The first phase of construction began in December 2017. We are building 3 new Cabins and preparing the New City Rotary Path for "Camp Jawonio" (Summer Education Program) followed by the main campus facility construction with a target move-in date of end of 2019 or by Spring of 2020.
