The JCS was established October 19, 1997 as a non-profit Wisconsin corporation.
It received IRS approval as a tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization on January 28, 1998.
The Fox Jazz Festival Planning Committee is a subcommittee of the Jazz Corner Society. All work done on this committee is voluntary- we have NO salaried committee members.
