Jefferson RISE Charter School prepares all scholars to succeed in four-year colleges and professional careers.

Jefferson RISE Charter School is dedicated to preparing scholars for college and career success by offering honors classes, student support, and college credit opportunities. We remove barriers to success with free transportation, meals, uniforms, Chromebooks, and tutoring. Our holistic approach promotes academic excellence and personal growth through physical education, electives, athletics, and extracurricular activities. We focus on developing the whole scholar, ensuring they are ready for life beyond graduation. Our high graduation rate reflects our commitment to students, especially those who start with us in 6th grade. We provide internships with the Cuillier Career Center for hands-on career exploration and offer dual enrollment with Delgado Community College for college credit. In 2022-23, we saw significant academic growth, increasing our ELPT, LEAP Connect scores, and overall school grade by 17 points. We earned district awards for SPS, ELPT, LEAP Connect, and ACT score improvements (+20.1). In 2023-24, we were honored as a Top Gain School in Jefferson Parish.
