Since 2003, we have connected volunteer experts with nonprofits that offer critical services to underserved residents in their communities. By meeting the internal needs of these nonprofits free of charge – from strategic planning to marketing and IT – nonprofit staff can focus on stronger delivery of services. And better services build better communities.  Our first volunteer matches in Lowell, MA, have expanded to include Worcester and Lawrence, MA, as well as Pasadena, CA and most recently, Roxbury, MA. A new Dallas, TX, site is scheduled to launch in 2013.In addition to volunteer matching, Jericho Road also trains and places corporate leaders on nonprofit boards through our Leadership Connection program. This intensive, hands-on program gives participants tools to oversee nonprofits' legal and fiscal activities, as well as fundraise and plan strategically for the future.  With stronger leadership skills, program graduates can make powerful and rewarding contributions that enhance the quality of life in their communities.
