Joey S Mini Angel Eyes (MAE) is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides therapeutic experiences to individuals or groups who serve populations who are physically disabled, domestic violence issues, homeless shelters, veteran facilities, childhood abuse, chronic illness, and so much more. Our horses provide an opportunity for connection, love, and create a safe space for clients to heal. We incorporate horses into mental health treatment for people. As prey animals, horses respond to nonverbal messages, even unconscious ones, and their responses often remind clients of their goals, personal challenges, or relationships with themselves and
others. This provides a safe environment to work through those relationships, where the horses only change when we do. The EAGALA Model is the global standard for equine- assisted psychotherapy and personal development, which incorporates horses' unique intuition to help clients heal.
We desperately need to build an indoor arena in order to serve our clients year round in any type of weather that the beautiful state of 
Colorado will provide. This indoor arena will serve the community as well. We 
will allow other horse and youth related groups such as 4-H to utilize it as well.
