Junction Five-O-Five is a nonprofit organization whose mission is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with disabilities by providing them the opportunity to enter the workforce. For the past 44 years, Junction Five-O-Five has worked to find employment for adults with disabilities by focusing on what individuals can do, not what they can't do. Established in 1981, formerly known as Geranium Junction, Junction Five-O-Five has located over 1,400 positions for individuals with disabilities in the community. The organization serves approximately 200 individuals annually. Our services include assessment for abilities and strengths; job placement; job-training, ongoing support services, day habilitation, supervised employment and supervised volunteer activities.
