Our Mission We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference. As disciples of Christ, our calling is to address the needs of the hungry, hurting, naked, imprisoned, or abused - whether they are troubled in body, mind, or spirit.

By reaching up to God, reaching in to those among our congregation to meet those needs through outreach efforts, and to reach out to meet the need of those hungry, hurting, naked, imprisoned, or abused.
