KJLT/KJTF provides programming about finances, the economy, faith, local events, national and international affairs, health, addictions, children's programming, programming about marriage and family, and interviews with local public service organizations.
KJLT 94.9 FM is now broadcasting in HD which is really a digital crystal clear or near CD quality signal for those who have HD receivers. KJTF is part of that 94.9 signal known as HD2. KJLT 970AM programming is also part of the 94.9 channel known as HD3. (See the video above for more about HD already in place). There are also plans to provide a microwave link to our AM transmitter site in the future. Construction of a new radio station KJYS 88.1 FM in McCook is complete as well as a translator 95.3 FM in McCook. This is providing better coverage of our 94.9 and 89.3 programming in McCook.
KJLT/KJTF Radio provides programming to the North Platte and southwest Nebraska area on three radio stations. Through our 7 translators, we are able to extend our reach of the 94.9FM station. We also have one translator locally to broadcast our 970AM station on 95.7FM 24/7 in North Platte. A number of interviews are done with the public service organizations in the area and provide information about events on the radio and our website.
*from Stapleton, Ne - Thank you for providing beautiful music and your goo programs. You are such a blessing to us.
*from Hershey, Ne - Thank you for your faithfulness in broadcasting the Good News! Always enjoy hearing Gary in the mornings and now Joe Sukraw in the afternoons.
*from North Platte - Thank you for being a radio station I can listen to without hearing all the political rhetoric. I also am enjoying the music.
*from Broken Bow, Ne - Thank you for bringing hope into our home every day. We have been listening to you for most of our 50 years of marriage.
*from Gothenburg, Ne - Our husband, dad, was a faithful listener to the 970AM station, and most recently the new KJTF station when it was launched. He had macular degeneration and wasn't able to read so he was so blessed and ministered to as his health declined. He loved hearing the word of God and the uplifting music for many, many years!
*and from Wisconsin - God bless all of your workers there. The station blesses many people.
