KMC San Diego, a non-profit organization, offers ancient Buddhist wisdom for modern people. Open to novice meditators as well as more seasoned practitioners, the center offers guided meditations in all classes in a relaxed, friendly setting.

We’re here to give you the tools you need to transform your life through meditation. Everyone is welcome to our drop into our meditation classes, Saturday morning courses and retreats. We have the power to change by training our mind through meditation—it impacts our local and global communities.
