Our Mission: The mission of KaurIDS is to strengthen community resilience and disaster readiness by providing inclusive, culturally responsive education, training, and capacity-building in emergency preparedness, disaster management, and public health resilience—prioritizing the needs of vulnerable and marginalized populations.

Our Vision: KaurIDS envisions resilient, informed, and empowered communities where individuals, institutions, and systems are prepared to prevent, withstand, and recover from disasters, climate impacts, and public health crises. We strive for a future where equitable access to education, resources, and preparedness ensures that no community is left behind.

Our Purpose: The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide emergency preparedness & disaster management education & training, to address emergency preparedness needs of the underserved members of the community and support the implementation of “resilience” strategies.
