This May, honor Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month by helping KCCEB create an equitable future for immigrants and refugees, where they are fully supported, included, and celebrated!
Your support will help KCCEB continue to secure essential resources for 10,000 immigrants and refugees annually. Through our comprehensive wraparound programs, we serve the most vulnerable segments of the community – seniors, low-income families, new immigrants, survivors of violence, low-wage workers, and small business owners.
Meet some members of KCCEB's vibrant community!
For Korean immigrant elders, food is inextricably tied to a sense of belonging. Our “Meal of Love” program provides exactly that, in the form of a balanced meal. The program is made possible thanks to our dedicated volunteers like Mr. Lee!
We empower communities by centering their lived experiences and uplifting the vibrant fabric of our cultures.
To the outcome of igniting lasting change, we also provide street safety training to seniors—who have been particular targets of anti-Asian violence—with the tools they need to feel safe and empowered. Watch Sifu Victor's class in action!
“The [KCCEB] staff aren’t just staff; they are much more. They embody the warmth and care of a family member who’s there to support, celebrate, and sometimes even worry alongside me. They have helped me navigate the complexities of my situation with knowledge and patience. And most importantly, they are pillars—anchors in the stormy seas of life, providing stability, strength, and hope when it seemed like all was lost.”
-KJ, Senior Case Management client
