Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful Inc

Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful (KGMB) is a non-profit organization located in the City of Milwaukee. The mission of KGMB is to promote sustainability through clean, healthy and beautiful communities for generations to come. KGMB helps communities improve their economic, environmental and social well being by initiating, collaborating, and promoting education and beautification programs in partnership with it's communities. 

Beautification programs involve litter prevention, waste reduction, and recycling to keep our communities clean. Thousands of tons of litter are cleaned up annually from Milwaukee County Parks, rivers, public lands, and neighborhoods through KGMB cleanups.

Education programs explore the concepts of reduce, reuse, recycle, compost and litter prevention. Programs are geared towards all ages through KGMB tours, field trips and educational outreach booths throughout the year. Activities emphasize interactive hands-on, minds-on experiences and strive to connect individuals to their environment by promoting sustainability and environmental justice.
