Over the last 5 years, KODA's Aftercare program has been a beacon of hope for over 10,000 individuals.

The death of someone close to you is a difficult experience and grief may cause a variety of feelings that seem overwhelming.

However, KODA’s Aftercare program ensures no one grieves alone. Whether you're a direct family member or a close friend, Aftercare is here for you.

In addition to a 15-month program for the newly bereaved, KODA’s Aftercare Team is available for indefinite support.

We celebrate and honor donor heroes through ceremonies, programs, and memorials. Opportunities for peer support, connection, and companionship are also available through the Donor Family Coalition.

On Oct. 1, 2024, Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) and LifeCenter Organ Donor Network are merging into one OPO called Network for Hope. This merger of equals will amplify our impact, combine our resources, expertise, and dedication to save even more lives.
