Kentucky Voices for Health Inc

Kentucky ranks 44th in the nation in overall health. High rates of childhood poverty, smoking, and preventable illness keep Kentuckians struggling to live healthier, happier lives. Kentucky Voices for Health works to address the underlying causes of poor health by connecting Kentuckians with opportunities to improve health, and being a voice for the healthcare consumer.

Health is a complex issue and is impacted by a number of factors – personal health choices, access to care, the state and national economy, and government policies, to name a few. We focus on understanding how these factors affect people right here in Kentucky. Then we work together to improve the health of all Kentuckians. 

That’s why the coalition is so important – each individual and organization brings different experiences, knowledge and skills to the table. We believe the best solutions come when everyone works together to build them.
