Kettle Run High School Band Booster Association

The KRHS Band Booster Association is a 501(3)c organization whose mission is to support the Kettle Run Band programs and musicians through fundraising and hands-on help. 

Community support and participation in fundraisers has helped the Kettle Run High School Band programs achieve Virginia's highest ranking. The band program is an 11-time Virginia Honor Band (given to high school bands who receive a “Superior” rating at both fall Virginia Marching Assessment and spring Virginia Concert Assessment), and the entire KRHS music department received a VMEA Blue Ribbon award this year for the 9th time (given to schools whose band, orchestra, and choir ensembles earn a "Superior" rating at assessment). Our Winterguard and Indoor Drumline ensembles won third and first place at the Atlantic Indoor Association Championships this season.

With the money brought in by this fundraiser, we will be able to purchase new concert folders, music and drill writing for our next marching show, for professional clinicians to come and work with our young musicians, and save for new uniforms.  The community's support helps to make this all possible.
