K.I.C.K. stands for Karate Inspires City Kids. We study Shito Ryu Karate, a traditional Okinowan style founded by Kenwa Mabuni. We use Karate to develop character and physical fitness.
The challanges of proper Karate training build a strong body, confidence, respect, humilty and self control. You may never need your self defense skills but you can use the other attributes in every other aspect of your life from school to career.
