Kitchen Table Advisors

Kitchen Table Advisors (KTA) works with under-resourced owners of sustainable farms and ranches in Northern and Central California. Through our 1:1, bilingual Business Advising program, we partner with farmers and ranchers to equip them with the skills to realize their goals. Alongside this, our Ecosystem Building program increases equitable access to land, capital, and markets through community-driven projects and advocacy rooted in farmer and rancher needs. Together, our programs work to prepare farmers and ranchers to step into opportunities while also ensuring these opportunities are more accessible, fair, and producer-led.
