Kentucky Trust for Historic Preservation Inc

The Kentucky Trust for Historic Preservation (KTHP) was founded in 1998 by a dedicated group of volunteers who were concerned about the loss of many historically important buildings across Kentucky’s landscape.  Together they formed the Kentucky Trust as a tool to acquire, stabilize and secure endangered historic places. 

Today we continue this work to save our rich shared heritage that is quickly disappearing.  Our focus is preserving and protecting historic places, and no one does it better.  To date we have saved dozens of buildings from small log cabins, to antebellum mansions, main street store-fronts, historic churches, schools and many more.  

Our works are supported directly by our generous donors and each dollar you give helps save a historic place.  Please join us; together we can save even more of our unique shared heritage.
