Kutturan CHamoru Foundation (KCF) is a multi-generational, award-winning organization and one of the oldest and most esteemed CHamoru groups in the continental United States. Our organization represents the CHamoru people, the indigenous people of the Mariånå Islands, a Micronesian archipelago politically split between the United States territory of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariånå Islands (CNMI).

Over the past 31 years, we have provided free educational programs in CHamoru language, dance, music, and culture to over 25,000 people of all ages and ethnicities. Based in Long Beach, California, we have partnered with communities across the United States and the islands, and serve as a fiscal sponsor to mentor and incubate other Påsifiku initiatives. Our mission is to create a strong, healthy, and unified CHamoru community through culture, movement, and action. The heart of our work is expressed in our saying: Gi kinalamten-ta ta hågu’i i håle-ta - “In our movements we reach for our roots.”
