LGBT National Help Center

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender National Help Center (also known as the GLBT National Help Center) provides vital peer-support, community connections, and resource information to LGBTQIA+ people, and those questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.  We provide services via our toll-free hotlines, email and online one-to-one chat. 

We are the oldest and most comprehensive national organization of its type and scope in the United States, providing this critically needed service regardless of age or geographic location.  The people who turn to us for help often live in rural and conservative parts of the country and are frequently severely isolated, closeted and despairing, with literally no one else to talk to.
