Mission

La Comunidad Hispana strives to improve the quality of life, health and well being of low-income Hispanics and other under-served people through advocacy and bilingual programs in health care, education, and social services.

Programs

Project Salud, a nurse-managed primary health care center; social services provided in Kennett Square and Coatesville include: information and referral; case management; life skills training; emergency assistance for food, clothing, shelter and utilities; housing assistance; employment counseling; translation and interpretation; transportation; advocacy.
