At LCSA our goal is to assist individuals and families experiencing crisis situations by providing a continuum of social services. Last year LCSA helped over 1800 households maintain or regain self-sufficiency, and independence.

LCSA believes families can break the cycle of homelessness by offering transitional housing paired with supportive services to families. While families are in the program they re-build a stronger foundation through learning essential life skills, money management, and participation in educational opportunities or positive youth development programs.  Families and our community both grow stronger by offering this successful housing intervention in Maricopa County.

LCSA also helps families stay in their home by providing Foreclosure Intervention. Last year 805 families’ homes were SAVED from foreclosure by LCSA's dedicated Foreclosure Intervention team.

LCSA understands it’s hard to get around town without a car. We offer an innovative transportation program which empowers people to maintain employment and increase access to additional opportunities, improving their lives.

LCSA owns and operates 97 units of low-income housing throughout Maricopa County. Forty-eight of the units are strictly for transitional housing. The additional units are reserved for our long term affordable housing program. Very-low or low-income households rent these units far below market rate.
