LADD

Guided by the belief that all people have ability and value, LADD empowers more than 700 adults with developmental disabilities to live, work and connect. We provide housing, health and wellness, day programs, employment, and advocacy. As organizer of Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival, we also bring stories from across the globe to greater Cincinnati in celebration of diversity, inclusion and shared humanity.
