Ladies of Virtue

On August 28, 2020, Ladies of Virtue will be joining Give828, a national day of giving focused specifically on supporting black-led and black benefiting organizations.

Give828 comes at a critical time. The disproportionate deaths in black communities from COVID-19 and the recent killings of unarmed black people that have sparked waves of protests illustrate the critical need for resources in black communities. 

Ladies of Virtue is on the ground, ensuring Black communities are equipped with virtual mentoring, leadership development and mental health programming.

Since March 2020, we have:

• Served 4,000 meals
• Distributed $23,500 in financial assistance
• Provided over 100 families with groceries, PPE and stay at home activities 

Help us serve more girls! 

We plan to purchase a 12 - 15 passenger van to serve hard to reach families by meeting them where they are (low-income housing, community events, etc). Our fundraising goal is $35,000 by August 28, 2020.
