Lake Lanier Rowing Club is an established 501(c)(3) in Gainesville, Georgia. The club was founded in 1993, and rows on the 1996 Olympic course. We serve both youth and adult rowers with the mission to grow and further our sport in North Georgia.

Lake Lanier Rowing Club is proud to be the most affordable youth and masters club in the state. We want to make rowing as accessible as possible to our local community and partner with the City of Gainesville to promote our programs to local residents.

In 2022 the original Olympic boathouse was torn down and is currently being rebuilt, with an expected public opening date in early 2024. Each year we host multiple competitions on the former Olympic race course, as well as host teams for spring and fall training trips. We're looking forward to hosting the 2026 NCAA Women's Rowing Championships in our new facilities.

Our organization is sustained by our loyal members and donations. Donations go toward benefiting the youth team, upgrading equipment, paying our coaches, scholarships, and competition costs. Every donation is important to us and helps alleviate the burden on our members.

Thank you for donating us and we hope to see you at Lake Lanier soon!
