Lamprey Health Care is a federally qualified health center located in Nashua, Newmarket, and Raymond, NH. Since 1971, it has provided comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder, and other health-related services to all individuals regardless of ability to pay. We focus on prevention and lifestyle management one cherished patient at a time.

Our Care Coordination team helps with services such as: healthy foods, housing, crisis support, family education & support, fuel assistance, child care, medication assistance, and more.
