CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
Expand offerings by a moderate to aggressive growth of Landis Homes, including an evaluation of additional locations
Be open to inviting affiliations of other CCRC organizations that can benefit from our centralized services and financial capabilities.

LANDIS HOME AND COMMUNITY- BASED SERVICES
Aggressively grow an array of care services to those living in communities such as assisted living or CCRCs, as well as to those who prefer to age in their homes. Consider affiliations or acquisitions which enable more rapid growth helpful to achieving the economies of scale required to successfully serve this growing market

LANDIS QUALITY LIVING
Research and grow additional services to serve a broader socio-economic range of persons. Options include 55+ communities, subsidized tax credit housing, market rate rental options and more.
