Support LGBTQ Youth Leadership Development!
The Latino Equality Alliance (LEA) works in Latino communitites including Boyle Heights, East Los Angeles, and South East Los Angeles to decrease homophobia and increase support for LGBT issues in communities of color.
As part of the California Endowment's Building Healthy Communities initiative, LEA works to connect high school LGBTQ youth and parents of high school students to community based programs that increase self-esteem and creates safe spaces for LGBTQ youth at home, school and their communities.
Your donation today will help us launch a paid Summer Internship Program for LGBTQ Youth! Â These young interns will get a chance to develop community organizing skills and contribute to their college fund!
