Latino Network

 

The Latino Network (nicknamed LaNet) provides a forum to address community issues impacting Latinos and the greater community. We provide a vehicle for the sharing of information and resources. We pride ourselves on being a strong, viable, caring organization, concerned with the virtues of humanity, especially that of education. We are committed to providing improved opportunities for the youth of our community.

The words of the great humanitarian, Cesar E. Chavez, exemplify the La Net mission. “We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community... Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.”

Each dollar donated helps La Net with one of its various causes… facilitating educational workshops, sending students to motivating conferences, sponsoring a childcare center in the heart of Riverside, supporting community health, and certainly not least, placing a permanent piece of history on the historic downtown Riverside mall.
